Fiscal year (FY) 2024 Behavioral Health Service Expansion funding will increase equitable access to high quality integrated mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) services. To improve the health of the Nation's underserved communities and vulnerable populations by ensuring continued access to comprehensive, culturally competent, high-quality primary health care services for communities and populations currently served by the Health Center Program. Individual health center grant mechanisms: (1) Community Health Centers; (2) Migrant Health Centers; (3) Health Care for the Homeless; and/or (4) Public Housing Primary Care Program. Certain funding opportunities may also assist health centers to increase their capacity to respond to or recover from future emergencies and support continuity of access to high quality primary care services for underserved and vulnerable populations.
